Log color problem #91

Previous version: 1.21.10-123-659e965 (MC: 1.21.10)
Description of the problem:
When starting the server, HeadDatabase using colors in logs and not resetting it in the end
Because of this all logs in console is green
How to replicate:
Just start the server with HDB installed

I use Intellij IDEA console because runs test server locally
