its not opened and when i open it it says already running

This will pop up when it is actually already running, check your system tray for the icon, there are options to minimize it to tray and I think on Windows 11 that might be buggy, as I have memories of someone reporting that. I am about to upgrade to Windows 11 soon so I will know more soon... right now I don't know how to get around this.

Edit: Oh yeah I think the other user deleted the application and ran it from a new location and that would reset the settings. Something like that.

I did upgrade to Windows 11, and turns out the system tray icons are toggled on an individual level, which is annoying. But, if they icon doesn't show, there should be an up-arrow near the clock in the system tray that allows access to all system tray icons.
