DateRangePicker: Enhancements and features for predefined dates

• Support for arbitrary predefined date ranges rather than just calendar months (e.g. Jun 13, 2025 - May 13, 2025)
  • Also included in this is the ability to display these arbitrary date ranges
• Make predefined period scrollable while having the custom date button be sticky at the bottom
• Add option to limit the date range length
  • Example: if the max date range length is 31 days, and the user has selected Jul 1, 2025, they wouldn't be able to select past Jul 31, 2025.
• Allow option for allowing the start date to be past, and the end date to be future, but not for the start date to be in the future.
  • Example: Today is July 4th, 2025. We want to allow the user to select the date Jul 1, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025. We do not want the user to be able to select the date Jul 5, 2025 - Aug 5, 2025.
