🐛: UI Feels Static and Lacks Animations on Overview Page

Bug :
The Overview page UI appears static and visually plain, with no noticeable animations or interactive transitions. While the layout is functional, the absence of animations (such as hover effects, card transitions, or page entrance animations) makes the interface feel less engaging and modern compared to current UI standards. after applying dark mode component not properly visible

Changes :
Introduce subtle and smooth animations to improve user experience, such as:

Hover animations on cards and buttons

Smooth transitions when navigating between sections

Fade-in or slide-in animations for main content

Minor motion effects to make the UI feel more interactive

These changes will enhance visual appeal without affecting performance or usability.
