This can result in collapsed nodes being slightly taller than before, since the height calculation isn't perfectly symmetrical between the two systems and may double-count the title bar height in some cases. The Vue node component also uses the layout store's size for the collapsed node's height, which can preserve this increased value after migration. This isn't a tracked bug, but rather a side effect of how the migration and layout sync are implemented source.

If you want to minimize this effect, you can try toggling the "Auto-scale layout (Nodes 2.0)" setting (Comfy.VueNodes.AutoScaleLayout) off before switching renderers, which disables the automatic scaling logic that causes the height jump source. For more precise control, you may need to manually adjust node heights after switching, or patch the scaling logic to handle collapsed nodes differently.
