Client fixes #1

• Check if server is still available every minute or so (if no operation was requested)
• Implement a "help" command, listing available commands and expected formats
• Start synchronization method, sending a file list currently hosted on sync dir (check methods already implemented)
• Receive/broadcast Inotify commands
• Check closing order to ensure graceful thread endings
