Landing UI Login Button Repositioning

In certain aspect ratios, the button currently shows up in front of the Identicum logo (meaning that it's covering it). It's vertical position should be adjusted to dynamically change with the screen's height, the same way it's horizontal position currently does with the screen's horizontal length.
