[Bug] Always say “Apps' list is still not fetched. Wait ..”

Describe the bug

1. At homepage, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select the "Tools" tab.
3. Click on "Delete backups?"
4. Snackbar shows "Apps' list is still not fetched. Wait... " though app list actually has been loaded.

I tried reinstalling this app, but it didn't work.

Expected Behavior

Respond to the request instead of showing “Apps' list is still not fetched. Wait ..”
