Hello there, this tool looks very nice.
Do you know if there is a GitHub action, which can maintain a single comment over the lifetime of a PR (or update past comments to use <detail><summary>... blocks to reduce vertical scrolling on old diff comments; so that this tool output, flows into automation to improve developer insights?
