Prevent Admin user from de-leveling its own permissions

When logged in as the default admin, the client allows you to change that user's role from ServiceRole.ADMIN. It's preferable that this user update call fail. If it is a desired action, the user should be prompted to reissue the command from a different admin account. (Though, after having done this I'm finding many reasons not to lessen the permissions of that user).

Furthermore, it appears impossible to change back the role of the default admin -- even as a different admin user.

I can implement the check to prevent the default admin from de-leveling their own permissions. I'm already setting up the dev environment and can pick this up immediately.
