[BUG] roo code cloud shows incorrect timestamp

Looks like a mix between relative time and epoch time. Hour seems to be correct (local time)

2. click "open in roo code cloud"
3. hover over the time

I have investigated this issue and need some clarification.

After analyzing the codebase, I found that:

1. Timestamps in the extension are stored in milliseconds (using Date.now())
2. The cloud task URL (app.roocode.com/task/{id}) points to a separate cloud web application
3. The timestamp data is sent to the cloud via the TaskChannel bridge without any transformation

The screenshot shows the timestamp bug occurring when viewing a task on Roo Code Cloud (app.roocode.com), which is a separate web application from this VS Code extension repository.

Could you please clarify:

• Is the cloud web application code hosted in this repository, or is it in a separate repository?
• If it is separate, should this issue be moved to the appropriate repository for the cloud app?

The typical cause for "pre-epoch dates" is when a timestamp in seconds is passed to JavaScript's new Date() constructor which expects milliseconds. For example, a Unix timestamp of 1704067200 (seconds) passed to new Date(1704067200) would result in a date around January 20, 1970.
