Add a new project dialog

A netbeans inspired "new project" dialog should be created. This dialog will allow the user to select a directory and name their project, etc, then create it. A picasso project is just a folder with a file named project_name.ini and a sub folder called src that contains all the code for the project.

@INNOCENT-ops806 try and copy the netbeans "New Project" dialog window and design it. You can use the netbeans drag and drop gui for this if you want. Its fine.

The core functionality that must be there is:

• Naming the project
• Setting its folder
• Maybe allow initialising a git repo at the start of the project

This will get you up and running with working on core functions in the editor.
