App Option dialogs

We are missing some dialogs for options menu items? We need app options and render options. Both dialogs can simply be designed using the gui designer.

@INNOCENT-ops806 Here is another dialog you can try to create. Look at things in the app that can be confihurable by the user and create a settings dialog for them. This can include things like fonts, colors, themes, etc. I'll help if its too complex.
