📘 Create RST Files for Educational Landing Pages #5

@Synaptic724

Description

@Synaptic724

Status: Open
Type: Documentation / Beginner Onboarding
Priority: High

🧭 Goal

We need to create educational .rst files to serve as landing pages for ReadTheDocs. These pages will:

  • Guide users through the ThreadFactory codebase
  • Explain key concepts and components
  • Enable easier exploration and navigation of the system

🎯 Why This Matters

🧠 Beginner-first onboarding is critical.

We expect 80%+ of users to be beginners or new to concurrency/threading systems. For these users, proper documentation makes the difference between engagement and abandonment.

Clear educational content will:

  • Reduce onboarding friction
  • Help users understand what each module does
  • Show how the pieces fit together

✅ Tasks

  • Create landing .rst files for major concepts (e.g. Agents, Conductor, Pool)
  • Document threading primitives in beginner-friendly language
  • Provide guided navigation between sections
  • Include real-world use case examples where appropriate
  • Add index and ToC structure to aid discovery

📎 Notes

This is foundational work for long-term adoption. It's not just "docs" — it's the entryway into the system. Make it clean, thoughtful, and welcoming.
