Creating an Empty Tanstack Start Project With the --clean Flag

Hi!

I thought it would be nice to have a --clean flag to start a clean tanstack start project, without the demo folder and files.

So, something like pnpm create @tanstack/start@latest --clean, which will just create a project with the addons you've selected, and a __root.tsx and empty index.tsx file.
