create-tsrouter-app not being published to NPM?

I noticed that the current version of create-tsrouter-app is 0.43.0:

But the latest on NPM is stuck at a month-old 0.41.2: https://www.npmjs.com/package/create-tsrouter-app?activeTab=versions

Is that package deprecated for some newer one? The docs still say to use it: https://tanstack.com/router/latest/docs/framework/react/quick-start
