Description
On the AboutCode homepage, the main hero heading text changes dynamically on desktop view, but remains static on mobile view.
This creates inconsistent behavior across different screen sizes and may confuse users.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Open https://aboutcode.org/
2.View the page on a desktop or laptop browser
3.Observe that the hero heading text rotates or changes dynamically
4.Switch to a mobile view (or shrink the browser width to mobile size)
5.Notice that the heading text does not change
Actual Behavior
Desktop: hero heading text rotates/changes dynamically
Mobile: hero heading text remains static
Expected Behavior
The hero heading behavior should be consistent across all devices—either dynamic on all screen sizes or static on all screen sizes
