ghostty: cant rename tab

in ghostty you can rename tab using 'rename tab' in context windiw, but when using opencode right-click doesnt work

There will be an option to deactivate the mouse capture, but there is no way to tell the terminal to capture some events and let through others, so it's either mouse or no mouse.
