Cloudstack behind a web proxy

The required feature described as a wish

I searched quite a lot and I could not figure out a proper way to make it work. My cloudstack runs in a fairly isolated environment, and the only way to go outside is using a proxy server.
I was able to install cloydstack by configuring proxies in yum and curl, but it seems like that is not enough for cloudstack stystem to go outside to the internet.
My Cloudstack is unable to download some of the sytem templates,
Is there a place in the UI to configure a web proxy?
If it does not yet exist I would like it to be a feature request.

@fmillah If it's only about downloading templates from internet over the proxy, you can set the value in the global configuration 'secstorage.proxy'.

uhm, that actually broke my cloudstack :( after the change the ui said its fine but i need to restart cloudstack service,
but I now get 503 - I assume because it is because it forces everything in the secondary sorage to go through the proxy?
I have an iscsi connection for the secondary, which i don't think is accessible via proxy
I put the proxy in the following format and i did get the green checkmark:
http://10.8.8.8:808
https://10.8.8.8:808
Which config file to i go to to revert it back?

@fmillah you might can use cloudmonkey to fix it in case that is still working.
cmk listConfigurations name=secstorage.proxy
cmk updateConfiguration name=secstorage.proxy value=<NEW_VALUE>
or
cmk updateConfiguration name=secstorage.proxy value=""

In case cmk does not work it is in the database.
SELECT * FROM configuration WHERE name = 'secstorage.proxy';
UPDATE configuration SET value = '' WHERE name = 'secstorage.proxy';

For the proxy settings you can try to add
-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxy.example.com -Dhttp.proxyPort=3128 -Dhttps.proxyHost=proxy.example.com -Dhttps.proxyPort=3128 -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=localhost|127.0.0.1
to JAVA_OPTS in /etc/default/cloudstack-management
A restart of the management server is required.
