How to register templates or ISO if I use cephfs for primary storage and secondary storage on apache cloudstack?

Hello,

Currently I finish install apache cloudstack 4.18.1.0 & I use cephfs as primary storage and secondary storage. When I register templates ubuntu-22.04-server-cloudimg-amd64.qcow2.bz2 into secondary storage, the state always not ready and there is no display of Download percent progress like image bellow :

Can you show me reference How to register templates or ISO if I use cephfs for primary storage and secondary storage on apache cloudstack?

@herdiansah571 , this sounds like behaviour you would see if you specified a template as being direct download. i.e. it would be installed on the secondary storage but downloaded on VM instantiation. Can you check that? It would say that in the details.

did you add the cephfs as NFS ?

can you check if SSVM is running and agent is Up ?
