problem

with two host nodes (A and B), if the VPC's virtual router runs on Node A, only the VMs on Node A will have network connectivity—VMs on Node B will not ,VMs DHCP Unable to get IP address

but when I migrate the virtual router from Node A to Node B, only VMs on Node B gain network connectivity, while those on Node A lose it.

host OS: rocky 9.6
acs version: 4.20.1

The steps to reproduce the bug

  1. with two host nodes (A and B), if the VPC's virtual router runs on Node A, only the VMs on Node A will have network connectivity—VMs on Node B will not
