Ability to select the account and user in the drop-down when adding to the project

Drop down should list the existing accounts and users in the system

It will be good to have this feature in case where the admin can quickly select the respective account and user when adding them to a project

Currently, the admin has to manually type the Account name or the user name

This is a minor/trival ui enhancement
