New note doesn't gain focus

I tried creating a new AsciiDoc note, then pasting a few lines of text into it.

Even with the cursor on the new note, the lines are pasted into the current editor window.

Clicking on the window and then pasting doesn't make a difference.

I'll take a look at it. There are some API changes in the AsciiDoc plugin.
