Combobox Input only written when clicked on Option

For the enum item if i select Combobox i get a inputfield where i can insert text.
Out of which i get suggestion.

The text is only added to the Commitmessag if one of the suggestions is selected.

I think it would be better if the suggestions are made, but if none is selected, then the input text is copied to the commit message.

In my case we have a vew Scopes that a already defined, but many aren't fixed right now. so it would be nice to have a given list but also allow a different input
