SubTasks not being created in task notes folder

Since the bases migration update, when I create a subtask it is being created in the wrong folder. I'm using the "new" button top right of the subtask list, which is now a base in the bottom of the project note. I tried this yesterday a couple of times and wondered if I'm doing it wrong as the new subtask is being created in my default note folder (called Notes) instead of my default task note folder (not surprisingly called tasknotes).

Unsure if I'm using the wrong process but I couldn't see another way to achieve this based on my previous workflow. In the end, I copied a different subtask so it remained in the correct folder but not ideal for the long term

Has anyone else noticed this? Wondering if my settings need changed but as far as I can tell they are unchanged and should create a new task in the correct place.

Thanks @stuarttravers . This should be fixed in the latest release (4.1.2)
