Turn REST Adapter into HTTP V1.1 Adapter

Instead of a manual http server implementation we should use hyper

This has http v1 & v2 support with v3 on its way

This is not needed because the current REST Adapter should only support CRUD Like operations. For other HTTP Versions and other usages like streams other adapter will introduced
