[BUG, CantFix] Spell List window scrolling issues -- Open to suggestions

The speed at which scrolling occurs on the spell buy screen is proportional to the amount of spells researched. This causes scrolling to skip past spells if too many spells have been researched, even when only scrolling one increment at a time.

This is a bug. This, unfortunately, will continue to be a bug. This is exactly as much control as I have over scroll behavior:

GuiBeginScrollContainer( gui:obj, id:int, x:number, y:number, width:number, height:number, scrollbar_gamepad_focusable:bool = true, margin_x:number = 2, margin_y:number = 2 )

This can be used to create a container with a vertical scroll bar. Widgets between GuiBeginScrollContainer() and [GuiEndScrollContainer](https://noita.wiki.gg/wiki/Modding:_Lua_API#GuiEndScrollContainer)() will be positioned relative to the container.

I can declare a container's dimensions, margins, and if it should work with a gamepad. That's it.

The -only- way I can produce a scrollable window is this function. It provides me no access to scroll step size, speed, position, etc.. It pains me greatly, but use search, sort, and filter to narrow the size of the list as much as you can.

In the moderate future, I intend to add other display modes to the list -- two-column, or various sized tiles. I could do pages too, but I feel a hundred pages is of limited improvement over a PITA scrollbar..

What are your thoughts? I'm the author, but the community gets a vote. Tell me what you think. I can't "fix" it but I'm open to ideas for improvement, so I'll leave this one open and put a note in the title.

(Cant code so not sure if this is covered in the above comment) Can you read the current position of the container? For example, could you write code that detects if the end of the container is reached (scrolled all of the way to the bottom of the container)

If you can, you could load say the first 20 spells into a container, and when the bottom is reached, you could generate a new container with the next 20 etc

ah sorry, thought that was just the stuff you could set as values
a page system could maybe work where theres a button to switch containers, but at that point its less of a fix and more of a ui redesign so i dont know if itd be worth it
