What happened?

I did a composer update from 4.6.5 to 4.7.0, then went to the login page and got the following error

I also have shield installed, latest version

Steps to Reproduce

have CI4.6.5 working, composer on command line to 4.7.0, go to login page

Expected Output

I would see the login page

Please, when updating the framework, do not forget to update your files in the app/ from vendor/codeigniter4/framework/app.

This is a common mistake.

In your experience, what is the best way to make sure the updates in the vendor/codeigniter4/framework/app get updated in my app/ directory.

I have some customizations in the different files in the app/ folder.
