Missing _internal folder #295

Describe the bug
When running the tool, it complains about a missing _internal folder. My current work around is to manually create the folder.
Expected Behavior
The tools should run without manual folder creation intervention.
Environment
- CRM/D365/CDS version: 9.1
- Tool version: 6.3
