error loading plugin on pdn v5.0.12

hi there,

i tried to get this plugin working on paint.net version 5.0.12, but it ran into an error. here's the plugin error message that's displayed under the effects tab:

interestingly, i was actually able to choose a decoding engine when i tried to open a .pvr file, and it seemed like paint.net was able to display the file normally:

however, i couldn't find the plugin under any of the tabs, so i wasn't able to view its settings or write .pvr files.

hey,
hmm seems that this error shows up also on 4.3x PDN. But seems to not impact any functionality of the plugin.
The settings window shows only when you try to save the image. This is also working fine with the error/"warning". I will look into it someday when i have time but for now it seems to work fine.

Having same issue on 5.0.13.
