[TASK] Migrate "Pages" VTLs to new API

Description

The goal of this task is to migrate the legacy VTL fields for the "Pages" content type to consume the new API.

The following files/fields need to be refactored or replaced:

• Title: /static/htmlpage_assets/title_custom_field.vtl
• Cache TTL: /static/htmlpage_assets/cachettl_custom_field.vtl
• Redirect URL: /static/htmlpage_assets/redirect_custom_field.vtl
• Template: /static/htmlpage_assets/template_custom_field.vtl
• OG preview: og-preview.vtl
• Text Counts: text-count.vtl
  • pageTitleCount
  • metaDescriptionCount
  • ogDescriptionCount
• Custom CSS: Implement solution (current hack).
