Implement RBAC handling #228
Description
Implement obtaining an authentication token for an RBAC Role in the opencmw client and checking the validity of the provided RBAC roles in the opencmw-broker/server.
This is already implemented in fair-acc/opencmw-cpp#359 for c++ but has to be ported to be used in the java implementation.
