Feature request: Allow user to switch from "Top chat" to "Live chat" on YouTube streams #2999

Use Cases
YouTube's chat defaults to "Top chat" which is nominally for hiding spam, but usually just hides valid messages. It would be helpful to have the ability to switch to "Live chat" which shows all chats.
Proposal
Include a dropdown at the top of the chat to swap to "Live chat", similar to the YouTube website.
