Facing a bug in the v0.0.414

So i am facing a bug when the review part comes to me where we accept or reject things as shown in the screenshot i cant select or press enter on the no option at first i thought maybe something happened and it may be temporary but its not.Its a persistent bug.So how do i know if its just happening for me or is it happening for all.

Also this is my first time so just asking if this can be posted in the bugs in the issues even if the current version is 0.0.415.
Like can we report a bug for a later version when the recent one is already live thats my question
