(docs): referencing nonexistent claude web installation guide

Describe the bug

The Readme states:

Claude Applications - Installation guide for Claude Web, Claude Desktop and Claude Code CLI

But the linked document does not provide an installation guide for claude web.
From trying anyway, it seems like directly connecting claude web to the hosted instance at https://claude.ai/api/mcp/auth_callback is unavailable for normal users, as specifying a custom OAuth Client ID requires the "Claude for Work" plan.

Authentication: Bearer seems to be unsupported in claude web connectors (only fields for OAuth present)

The incorrect reference to "Claude Web" should be removed as it is confusing, or a part stating incompatability with claude web should be added to the guide.

This reference has been removed from the documentation in #1684. Without support for DCR in api.github.com, this will not be possible.
