Today, once an issue is assigned to an agent, there’s no visibility into whether work is in progress or complete without navigating to a PR or session. This update surfaces agent status directly on issues, giving users at-a-glance insight into progress so they know when to review work and can manage agent and human effort in one place. As support for third-party agents expands, this visibility also makes it easier to track and coordinate multiple agent sessions directly from the issue.
Expected Outcome
Improve transparency and coordination by making agent work visible where teams already plan and track work. This helps users confidently understand progress, reduce context switching, and better coordinate agent and human contributions.
