Document Oauth with Jellyseerr (with a specific docker tag)

I noticed that Jellyseer has OAuth support in a specific docker tag they provide (preview-OIDC), and Authelia has covered how to integrate with it: link

I managed to integrate my Jellyseer with Authentik and was wondering if adding a page for it in Authentik's documentation is a good idea.
