Odd behavior during file import

Importing images produces an optimistic message 'Round successfully created', along with an empty round that returns an error upon pressing the 'Activate' button. Only after a delay of 2-3 min do the photos appear, but during this period it's impossible to see if they are being imported, or an error occurred during the import.

I was unable to reproduce this problem myself.

Could you please describe step by step how you imported the round, and at what time? Am I correct in understanding that eventually it worked? If the process eventually works out, that is good to know - because while it's suboptimal to get confusing error messages, it's limited to only coordinators and not jurors.

I attach the screenshots. Eventually, I was able to import the photos for my campaign, but this test run (shown in the screenshots) does not seem to work even after waiting.

It looks like there is something specific to very large imports. When I did an import of the category of "Images of Wiki Loves Monuments 2025 in Russia" on beta it did give some errors in the console, and I was unable to load any pages for about 10 seconds.

However:

• The browser starts off with a success message. However, this seems to be success of the start of the creation process, not the completion of it. We should only show a success message when we complete the creation.
• There were several errors in the console. While the process was running in the background at the server, my side of the platform didn't know what was going on.
• Even when the server started responding again, the round information stayed blank for 10-15s and that there were 502 errors in the console that the server was still working in the backend.
• After I click 'activate' I get another 502 POST error after about 10-15s.
• After about 20 minutes, I am still unable to 'activate' the round. When I download the entries, it does look good.
