Requesting Kokoro support

I've read the other issues requesting new models, so I know that you want to work on some other stuff before adding new models, but I'd still like to request the addition of Kokoro because it supports IPA symbols for controlling pronounciation: https://huggingface.co/hexgrad/Kokoro-82M
