Proposal: Officially support a Python-based Plane CLI (plane-cli)

Hi Plane team 👋

I built an open-source CLI for Plane for my own workflows, but it looks useful for others as well:

What it currently supports

• Projects: list/get/create/update/delete
• Issues: list/get/create/update/delete + comments
• States: list/get/create/update/delete
• Labels: list/get/create/update/delete
• Pages: list/get/create/update/delete/archive
• Config wizard (plane config init) + env overrides
• JSON-first output with optional pretty tables

Why this could be useful as an official/endorsed tool

• Better terminal workflows for power users
• Easy automation in CI/scripts
• Useful for AI agent integrations where JSON output matters
