Not exactly inspiring confidence here. Why doesn't MSDN have you listed? Why aren't the (I assume) unicode characters in your name working? You might consider using standard English characters for public release. I know unicode was supposed to fix it, but unicode never has worked right, universally.

Non-unicode characters appear wrong because of Windows, my name contains non-ascii characters, and since on the certificate my legal name must appear, this is something I can't fix.

If you right-click the installer -> properties -> digital signatures, you should be able to see that the digital signature is valid and trusted, and should this be the case (if you downloaded it from github it will be) it means this exe was built by me.

I don't know why the exe is flagged, but I can't really fix that :(
