What is the proper way of installing instances of TheDocumentFoundation.LibreOffice.HelpPack of different locales?

The official installers of LibreOffice Help Pack allows users to have different locales of Help Packs installed simultaneously, i.e. users can have both LibreOffice 25.8 Help Pack (Chinese (simplified)) and LibreOffice 25.8 Help Pack (English (United States)) installed in the machine.

However there seems to be no way for users to achieve this using winget. I tried winget install --id TheDoucmentFoundation.LibreOffice.HelpPack --locale zh-CN and it installed the zh-CN version of Help Pack. Then I tried winget install --id TheDocumentFoundation.LibreOffice.HelpPack --locale en-US and winget refuses to install the en-US version of Help Pack with the following output:

Found an existing package already installed. Trying to upgrade the installed package...
No available upgrade found.
No newer package versions are available from the configured sources.

So is there a proper way of installing instances of TheDocumentFoundation.LibreOffice.HelpPack of different locales?
