Only show 10 Procedure Examples on Technique pages by Default #555
Description
Here is an example of a Technique page that currently has 184 Procedure Examples. So the table is super long and a user has to scroll forever to get to the Mitigations and Detection Strategies at the bottom.
It would be nice to only display the first 10 (or so, configurable) Procedure Examples and be able to either click to see more, or have it be a table with pagination or something

Alternately (or maybe additionally) we could add a table of contents to the top of the page to jump to sections.
