I am trying to use your C++ code to run, I need your help to understand which format of the data I should use for training and testing.

It's been a while since I looked at that code. However, being a library the input file can be in whatever format you want. There's a Sample class, and each sample has a list of Features. I think the example just uses random numbers as feature values, but you'd replace the feature names and values with things that make sense for application.
