Raccomandate: 404 Not found for GET and POST requests (and maybe others)

GET, POST requests to https://test.ws.ufficiopostale.com/raccomandate with the correct token (as tested for others api services) seems to throw error 404 not found, maybe the endpoint is wrong?

tested by curl and by online swagger doc
