Some minor improvements/features in cinnamon

Some feature requests:

1. Native Clipboard Manager with Pinning
   While third-party applets exist, a native clipboard manager integrated into the panel would provide a more stable and seamless experience.
   Key Requirement: Ability to "Pin" or "Favorite" specific text/images so they are not overwritten by new clipboard history.

2. Modernize Mint-Y Theme (Rounded Corners)
   The "Cinnamon" theme used in non-Mint distributions has recently moved toward a more modern, rounded aesthetic.
   Update the default Mint-Y (and Mint-Y-Dark) themes to include rounded corners for applet popups, notifications, and menu borders to match modern cinnamon design.

Native Caps Lock/Num Lock Indicator

What's wrong with using 3rd party applets for this? It's the whole reason that spices exist. The Mint team isn't going to create, maintain, and support everything a user might want.

There already is a num/capslock indicator in Accessibility settings, maybe we should make it more visible.

Not that I can easily see In Mint 22.2. And Yes I've looked in notification settings. Nothing there about numlock/capslock. I'm having to use " betterlock" cinnamon spice applet.. Not that it's a problem for me, but just stating a fact ( shrugs ) When I press numlock or capslock. I want to see...natively without any third party apps or spices a small pop up notification that shows either and the word " on" or " off " on it. If betterlock can do this..so can a native functionality in Mint Cinnamon :D.

Ftr. Mint Cinnamon is ALWAYS what I recommend to incoming Windows-to-Linux users. Clem and his team have refined it like a boss..like fine wine throughout the 14 years I've used it..just without the bs sugars and carbs but all the great taste . Cheers

primelemma...sorry but I couldn't disagree more with the " rounded corners" crap

If I wanted a smartphone OS experience visually..I'd use my s23. I get on my desktop to have a full meal deal full powered desktop experience in which I have most often 4 nemo ( mint cinnamon here too ) windows open in equally snapped/tiled sections on my 32" uhd screen..I'm not trying to see the background between any of those nemo windows.

I'm not trying to use mac os either. But I second the clipboard native manager idea 100%

this is not for windows, it is for context menus.
muffin dont able to support all four corners rounded.

Well my rightclick context menus in Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon...ARE rounded...Now the visual amount emphasized..curvaature...isn't very strong..but it's still curved on all four corners of a right click context menu regardless. so. ( shrugs). Not sure what else to tell ya there.

Which context menus are you talking about that don't have already rounded corners or perhaps I should mean..which applications' context menus?
