File sharing from Mac to Android

Describe the bug
I shared a file from my Mac to my Android, and 1) I can't seem to find the file and 2) the notification went above 100%

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On Mac, share a file
2. Watch it receive on Android

Expected behavior
Once it reaches 100%, I should be able to tap the notification and go to the file... right? Also, it wouldn't go over 100%.

This is a known issue but unfortunately I'm still unfamiliar with how the file transfer work as it was a contribution by someone... Need to study it further to see what's causing it.
