[Feature] Track External Edits

Feature Description

Track External Edits is a feature in Violentmonkey where you can opt to install a script and then "track local updates". To my knowledge, this only shows up on local addresses (127.0.0.1, localhost, etc). It then polls that URL every 100 milliseconds for updates and then automatically updates the script.

Use Case

This is good for local development & build processes that output userscripts, as it allows you to instsantly load and test them.

Can you provide some more screenshots to explain?

Because we already added the "Watch File" feature in ScriptCat

just Drag and Drop the local file from file manager to scriptcat setting/option page

(though we just found a bug and we will soon add the fix in the coming release)
