Unable to run app command in ONOS for SDN-WISE

Hi,

I am working on connecting onos controller with sdn-wise. When I run command 'app activate org.onosproject.sdnwise' in terminal it gives me error stating 'application not found'.
Secondly, when I run simulation and set TCP port as 8181 it connects with sink node but I cannot see any devices connected in ONOS gui. I think previous error might be responsible for this.
Please help me.
