feature request: allow users to disable [...] around table and column names #704
Description
I'm using sqlite-utils to generate a database to use in an introductory class on SQL. Learners are confused by the [tbl] and [col] naming. There is no easy way to rename after creation, so I would like an option in sqlite-utils to use names as given (i.e., tbl and col). Is this something you would consider? If so, I'd be happy to prepare a patch. Thanks - @gvwilson
